Actually it is good for morning sickness. Sour candy makes the mouth salivate and it makes you swallow frequently which helps remove the gag reflex and quell nausea. That’s why they have special sour lollies for pregnant women

Hahahaha, same here. I was born in west Berlin. In the month of unification of east, and west Germany. In my childhood I could still see bullet holes from the war in casual buildings, and them "war monourments", today, which are just bombed buildings, whichs remaining parts are restored, like new, so they look like art, now, with the rest missing, but not in an inordinate way, were still black, while one could see, where a grenade had hit. And we still had the Deutsche Mark, as currency. Back as a child I got one, or two Mark from my mother, to buy me some nice, and filled my back pack with candy. In 2001 we got the Euro, and one Euro for two Mark. But one can maybe buy a hand full, at most, or just two lollipops, while back then I could get, like five lollipops, five center shocks, different kinds of sweets, like snake shaped, mice shaped, coca cola candy, sour candy, and a wonder ball on top, or so. 😄 Nowadays we got the Euro. And stuff went more expensive, way more expensive within Germany. Even rents went up by many hundreds of percent just in few years. But outside of the Euro zone our money is worth more, now, than back when we had the Mark. So here I gotta be more disciplined with my money, to not get into trouble, now. But when I visit friends, or travel outside, I can live, like a king, for a while. So I can understand, that international businessmen, and internationally connected people hype the union, and Euro, but people who have just a local life, complain all the time. It all depends. I live an international life, myself, now. So I remember, how it was before, but don't complain, as to me the benefits are worth more, than it would bring me, if stiff were cheaper in my own country, but more expensive, outside. - At least for my lifestyle. 😄 I know, some other people think differently, and prefer it opposite.

I remember the good ol' days when warheads would make my tongue bleed. I think I wasn't allowed to eat them for a while after I freaked my mom out with how bloody and raw my tongue was from eating 2 bags worth in an hour or so.
