@@mfzig7266 what are you on about mate, no ones running out of real food, it’s not like oil where there only so much in the earth, you just grow more food, western countries haven’t had a majorly devastating food shortage in years and modern farming is advanced enough to mostly avoid things like diseases wiping out crops or animals. The reason so much wester (especially American) food is artificial is because it’s cheaper to make and saving those few pennies is the only thing that most big businesses care about. In fact this year many countries have been facing the problem of having too much food, with the pandemic restaurants and other businesses haven’t been buying food or at least haven’t been buying in the same quantities as usual, this resulted with farmers having to destroy there own crops because they had too much food. The world is not running out of food.

The benefit is being full slightly less long than a home-cooked meal, without the labor of cooking for a hot meal. I work 45hrs a week being a kid's sports coach and I'm exhausted ALL THE TIME. Standing in front of the stove after a 9 hr day on your feet and in the sun is not a nice thing to do. But there are plenty of people in these comments like "all yall got are excuses"...or explanations when most things are a racket, including our survival needs.

If you actually crave bread or are hungry a lot, then you probably have bad nutrition, eating more healthy things like veggies etc and you wont get hungry. Chinese food has many good tasting veggies if your local place has decent sauces. The stuff is easy to make at home as well.
