I love how you characterized him as finally breathing with this album. This whole album feels like taking a deep breath to me. 7:41 "What a poor flex, hon', look at your chain" refers to people flaunting their money and wealth with material items, such as chains "Me rather do it like 'look at my stain' " RM is saying he doesn't need to flaunt material items for popularity, since his path/journey to where he is now, especially as a member of BTS itself is a flex. It's like he's saying "I rather flex my success" He's a genius.

I just love your reactions, I love how you get it. You always get it. And you're right! It is an evolution of an artist, and the amazing thing is sure the music is enough but if you read his interviews, if you watch his lives, and all the other content they've shot over the past 10 years, you really get to see how they've grown and matured. I listen to this album and J-Hope's JITB almost everyday. I don't think many people realize just how talented and PROLIFIC they are as songwriters/producers and visionaries, on top of being objectively good humans. I think RM has over 210 registered songs under his name with the Korean music industry. Enjoy the rest of the album. Your ears and brain will be blessed!

Oh, I believe Forgetful - that last track here, was recorded several years ago. They tried to re-record it for this album but couldn’t capture the same feeling. So they went with this recording. That’s how much of a genius RM is, to be so self aware that he had to do that song back then while he was living through it

Indigo had and still does have a chokehold on me. I could not stop listening to it for the first 3 weeks I had the entire album on repeat! Every song has its little special something. My favorite are Lonely, Changes Pt. 2 and Closer but the entire album is amazing!! Oh and of course All day and Still live are excellent vibes!! Tablo is from a senior group called Epik High a group BTS look up since they were young.

13:20 Tablo and his group Epik High is definitely an artist you got to check out if ur serious about BTS. Tablo basically created the Korean hiphop scene and lay the foundation for BTS to exist singlehandedly. Epik High is the reason suga became a rapper - the biggest BTS album Map of the Soul 7 references the classic Epik High Album Remapping the Human Soul - a Korean hiphop masterpiece, suga said in a recent suchwita Tablo interview that he listens to his early albums to this day when he feels down. and Tablo went through SHlT it's unbelievable. there was an organized effort online to destroy him. there's this podcast series on him called Authentic: The Story of Tablo that is one of the best introductions to the fuckedupness of the Korean music scene and Korean culture in general. it helps to understand the situation BTS is facing

the feature for all day Tablo is in a rap group called epik high, they are a lead inspiration for the rap members of bts, especially yoongi who interviewed Tablo on his Swuchita show and said he still listens to epik high's albums in order from first to last when he is feeling uninspired (or something like that i cant remember exactly what he said). epik high have some great music, if you're ever interested in checking them out their album sleepless in ___ is really good. so is the one after that. BTS put me on epik high and ive been a fan ever since. saw them live last year and that was pretty awesome too.

His words and his music are so incredible to me, and I'm so happy to watch you enjoy it.
