Ren was born in 1991, so he grew up hearing that era of music. He's mentioned that he felt a special connection to the era, and even has a song on Freckled Angels Called '1990'. An interesting note, the guy driving in 'Power" is Samuel Perry Falvey, the videographer responsible for many Ren's videos. Ren's known for using his friends in his videos. As far as your day goes, I'm sorry it was stressful but hopefully watching the videos will help. I know it always helps me.
