A lot of "Britpop" music from the 90s sounds like this - Oasis, Blur, Suede, Pulp, Manic Street Preachers, The Verve. Also The Libertines. And more recently Peace (e.g. "Wraith"), Jake Bugg (e.g. "Two Fingers"), Spector ("Never Fade Away").

I know. When they overdo these fake camera effects these days, they only take away from whatever beauty they are trying to portray. They think they're bringing back the 90s or something but... in the 90s the camerawork was really straightforward, no frame-flicking effects or filters.
