I returned my two SB2, because I could not stand the digital filtering that destroys the input signal, and the mids are muddy.... total dissapointment, Incredibly difficult to equalize to acceptable sound. Watching (listening) a Queen concert, the sound fades in an out during the intros due to said digital filtering... sounds like noise reduction... which does not make any sense....

Can you even with the EQ settings manage to have Blast 2 sound exactly like Blast 1 with the high clarity?!? I doubt that!

@@StayReal02 honestly it sounds better than gen 1 especially when you change the EQ it has an extra band to do so

@, the clarity of the blast 2 has been nothing but a disappointment and no EQ or updates can cure that. It's just a signature of its hardware. If you think improvement means more bass, than yes. But if you want to critical quality listening, than no.
