Tagg is a miracle of speakers, just 10watt and very loud and clear with good bass. Such a powerful speaker. The highs are boosted, bass is alright but mids are low though. While tribit is balanced. But tagg being a 10w, almost beating the 16w tribit in loudness and power is jist a miracle.

A correction... at the time of recording this video.. the tribit speaker used is of old one which 12W speaker.. now it is upgraded to 16W.

By reducing max volume...you can reduce distortion and maintain audio quality. That's what tribit did. If you wanna achieve good quality sound without distortion even in high volume. Use viper4android in android phone.. If the speaker plays from smartphone or android TV that's rooted. You can always install viper4android to control the quality of audio. Tribit did some Equalising stuff to auto cut the loudness at extreme volume. Tagg didn't and you can always do it with smartphones..

Bass of Tribit is normal with no distortion but Tagg Sonic Angle 1 is far more powerful.

I never heard of the Tagg Sonic Angle 1. It looks like a rip off of the OontZ. With that said it sounds horrible to my ears. No contest. Tribit wins. What pisses me off about the Tribit is that you can’t pair two speakers for stereo. When a speaker is this small you should always be able to pair 2 imo

Everything is ok. But when it comes to 100% volume Tagg becomes distort.. but Tribit always maintain its clarity.. Tribit is like Sony MDR earphone... Sounds are Flat but maintain all high mid and lows. Tagg focus on High Treble....

I have been following your reviews for bluetooth speakers under Rs 3000 for a while. I really like your videos and admire your initiative. You are doing a great job. Thank you! I have shortlisted 3 speakers going by your reviews: 1. Boat Stone 1000; 2. Tagg Sonic Angle 1; and 3. Tribit XSound Go. TWS feature is lucrative for me because it will give me an option of buying another speaker later on and pairing it up. But I am not willing to compromise on the quality of sound for the money I am willing to spend. I mostly listen to Classic Rock, Jazz, Folk, Country, Blues music of the '60s and '70s music style and tradition. Also, quite a bit of World Music and Western and Hindustani Classical music. It is mostly acoustic music with clear and realistic sound. Though I do not listen to music with heavy beats (like Rap or Hip Hop) or distorted electric guitar riffs (like Heavy Metal or Punk or Hard Rock), I do love the thumping Bass coming out of piano (left hand notes) or drums or Tabla or acoustic/electric Bass guitar. So, which speaker do you suggest for me? Remember, my budget is only Rs 3000. Thanks again!
