the helicopter is relatively expensive but even with that, this is not a 94mill house. But I guess if you have 10 billion then 94 mill is a blip on the stock market, not worth the time to quibble over. If it's the only one, why not. The architecture doesn't wildly appeal to me though. Beautiful of course but there isn't really a room or location that draws me. The courtyard infinity pool with a view works somewhat of course but other than that, everything kinda feels like a store hallway or public bar. Not quite a home. Also you'd need a lot of life in it, otherwise it will feel like an extra hollow victory.

Loved it how the house colour changed at 6:03 it looks so lovely at the change of the day time to night time. Definitely one of my favorite changes it made it look that way. That is my dream to have a house that is white with black marble on it. I don't know if the house is really like that at night but it sure looks so nice how it just changed like that. Specially with that chopper at the top it goes with the colour so good. Lol if it was my chopper I would have with big white and black lettering on it having it say (GHETTO BIRD).
