Mr Telephone Man is not a cover version, but this is actually the original done in 1983 and written by Ray Parker Jr and he did this prior to New Edition who did it in 1985

Correction. Junior tucker did Mr telephone man before new edition. It's a Ray Parker song that was done in the style of Junior Tucker. The tempo was just increased for New Edition. Fact check please

39:14 Instrumental sounds like Puff Daddy & Mase "Been Around The World" remix...They gave credit to Roy Ayers(Feeling Good)1982 but this song was released in 1980??? Somebody stole music!!!
