@@mrlilmansreggae In the early 2000s I did this annual weekend 3 day Reggae music festival called Dreadstock in Vallejo Cali ... Mikey Dread headline the first year, Barrington Levi the 2nd year and the 3rd year was supposed to be Sugar Minott to headline ... We had artists from Sugar Minott Youthman Promotions like Sammy Dread and Ranking Joe ... It was unbelievable in many ways I had talked at length with Sugar a few years earlier and told him of this dream and explained to him how Cali in many ways so much like Jamaica in Yard Which he agreed and had taken note a very few would even play his music in the lowrider car culture scene ... He knew and saw and most felt the Youth in a di Ghetto Any Ghetto and was True to his Love being True
