if you use two pieces of paper on each side and then put in the insert you can put them in really easy then you just pull out the paper afterwards.

I have the quad cert for my Condor exo gen2 plate carrier and 2x 1r1 cert for 2 Spiritus JSTA pouches. They're great.

I’ve had both of these for some months now and enjoy them I have the tall tricert instead of the short and yes the jsta makes a awesome compact dump pouch among other things

I have a 1r1 in a JSTA pouch, retention is good with both G17 and G48 mags fwiw. I did have to use some cardboard to slide it in. I initially used a sheet of paper and it just ripped. 🤣 I bought it from Wise Men Company, had to wait a while for it to get back in stock but worth it.

ive had the 1r1 for like 6 months i think i prefer just using the single AR mag in the jsta and regular pistol pouches forward of the pouch. the pistol mag always seems to snag or grab my hand going for the 556 mag. Might just be a training thing but love the product i just keep pistol spot empty these days.
