8:05 stark did indeed practically 1 shot the dragon (technically 2 shots for shattering his claws but the only solid hit was the in the air). Its also crazy to think about just how strong that hit was. 1. He did it in MIDAIR with nothing to support him 2. it was strong enough to force the dragon out the air and into the ground so hard the area around them has cracks
