Trick 94 - Solve all Problems based on Trains

The basic formula in this section is ................. Distance = Speed x Time All these three variables can vary according to problems. A train crossing a standing man. Distance in this case is the length of train, and speed and time do not change. A train crossing a platform. Distance in this case is the length of train + length of platform, and speed and time donot change. A train crossing another train in opposite direction. Distance in this case the lengths of both trains, and the speed is a total of both train speeds and time is uneffected. A train crossing another train in same direction. Distance in this case the lengths of both trains, and the speed is ....higher speed minus lower speed and the time is constant.
