It was a substitute for what Africans call fufu(generalizing) I grew up eating grits for breakfast, lunch ad dinner with meat, fish, and we use something called red eye gravy sometimes. It was made many different ways.

I recently watched a documentary with a chef with fire, because he kept an uncooked kitchen. The one thing that I like about trick is when he’s cooking or as he’s cooking he’s cleaning at the same time .
