The H in BH3 shouldnt have a partial positive charge, since it it more electronegative than the B. Also the positive charge cant move, but the electrons are able to do so. The arrows should be pointing in the other direction (from the electronpair toward the positive charge)

It's not the actual mechanism for the reaction, it's just a trick to understand it, and she said earlier that she is not giving the mechanism but a trick

Mam....in diboranes is hydride transfer mechanism only .....in diborane H- only transfer....this reaction followed mark.kov addition rule but product is Anti Markov product mam...pls check and tell me mam..

1:48 ❎Here , you have made a mistake. Hydrogen is more electronegative than Boran . Then, it should have partial negative instead of partial positive. It will take a pair of electrons and combined with the carbon of the double bond which is the most substituted. You have also made the arrow wrongly. 1:49 ❎The arrow head should point towards to the electron deficient atom from the electron rich one.

Hydrogen is more electronegative than boron..so H will acquire negative charge not boron
