Just a reminder that Kunite (Fire Gargoyle) is a great option too, as he can't coop with the icarus too cause of his passive, and will even reduce the damage allys receive [Maybe pin so everyone can see]

The problem with Kunite since I started with this team a year ago is that for it to work great, it has to go before you tricaru. Attack, lose no hp so it'll get in Gargoyle state. But, this makes the speed requirement of the tricaru higher. For those who understand, the order by which monster play go tick by tick. When kunite play first, you'll get somewhere around I think from memory something like 11 turns before mid boss and final boss attack. He'll therefore attack more than twice which makes it easier. I strongly suggest to go with robot, OR play a regular team with Loren, Fran, Veromos, Spectra and like Verde ok what ever and gather better runes while you tower increase.

I did this as well before I hit the needed defense levels. The only hard thing is to get enough speed on him to move before your fastest icaru because determination runes dont come easy early game. Also it made my run slower since he didnt always die fast enough

He doesn't have to go first. he'll get coop a few time at first until he dies at his turn. If you saw in the video, his robot didn't go first at all and even survived until the end sometime but it worked

@@f2pplayer337 What difference does that make? It's the same strategy as Kunite. Superior results when the det carrier cannot make a move. Also, you said your team isn't 100%. Units like light and wind string and fire gargoyle boost these early tricaru teams to 100%. You should try one out.

Hey I know it's kind of late to be asking this. But since you used some determination runes for some of the Icarus as well, how is it possible that you managed to get the additional defense buffs to go up to 2100??? It didn't look like you had that many defense buff sub properties for the runes you were using and yet those were your stats. For me, it took a perfect 6 defense buff guard rune build for each of my icarus so that their additional defense buffs would reach 2100. No offense, it's just that seeing that and not knowing why i can't get there makes me a bit upset.

Most likely He has max defense tower and you dont. Also you need artifacts with 100 defens each on all 3. Additionally determination gives 24% since it applies on every one and not just the one you have the guard set on :D

yea. I wouldnt do this. If you don't have the rune quality to build Tricaru, there are better things to do on your account to progress as you are most likely a new player in the game. Such as farming Giants or Beasts. Especially since 99% of PVE is ideally done with broken sets, fight sets, or giant runes.

fire gargoyle when stone still adds ticks to the boss. Meaning it will attack 25% more than against the normal tricaru team. that means your verde needs to be a lot better, which is just not a good trade for slightly lower defense reqs.

This video is putting you into a situation where your icarus def still need a little boost, you can use robo as 5th mob with determination rune which can self destruct in 1st turn so that your tricaru co-op will not bring robo together. My suggestion is robo can be tuned to move 1st, before other 4 unit. Better

Fatal or Rage set is no problem as long as you get his stats requirements... Personally any attacker who dealt a ton of damage on critical i put rage set on them... As crit dmg isn't grindable

Yeah the best monster is a gargoyle equipped with determination runes and goes first. Once he goes, then he won't join in on the rest of the attacks so it makes it more efficient.

i do have one trick and maybe you can test it, but only for nb12 tho, still helpful for newbie because they need to farm nb12 a lot you use a 2* dog (the one from faimon map but water) and place it with 5 worst determine runes, except for slot1, you use +15 determine rune without any hp+, he will deal damage and die at wave 1-2, and he have a team up skill in case verd didnt go a single turn

apparently this dont work, i added triple fight robo with 185 spd and trash stat runes (my fastest icaru is 181 spd) and and the crystals dont really get a chance to hit robo most of the time or robo AI failed, fastest time is 1.01 and averaged at 1.07 ish, so if u already got under a minute i guess the best way is to farm fight runes to replace the runes on your icarus to improve time
