Trick Recipes: Oreo Ice Cream Cupcakes なんちゃってオレオアイスクリーム

I made these cute cupcakes with Oreo cheesecake, which is so soft you can scoop it up and eat it, and put it on an oil cupcake ( w/o butter ) baked in the Oreo style. I've always loved the combination of Oreos and cream cheese. With a few tricks, you can enjoy a gelatin-free and soft cheesecake. Enjoy the “Nanchatte ” oreo ice cream.

Make an Oreo-style oil cupcake baked in an ice cone.
1.Mix together 1 egg, 70g sugar, 30g milk, 60g vegetable oil.
2. Sift in 60g cake flour, 20g almond powder, 2g baking powder, 10g cocoa powder, 10g black cocoa powder.
3.Fill 12 ice cream cones.
4.Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 16 minutes.
Make a soft Oreo cheesecake, ice cream style.
5. Smooth 200g of soft cream cheese, such as for spreading on bread.
You can use soft cream cheese to soften the finished product.
6. Add 50g of sugar to 200ml of fresh cream (45% is recommended) and whisk.
7. Add 8-9g of lemon juice and mix.
8. Add a little (7) to (5) and mix.
9. Put (8) in (7) and mix.
10. Crush 5 Oreos and mix in.
11. Place in a container, top with 4 crushed Oreos, and refrigerate.
12. Put (11) on (4).
13. Done.
Oreo cheesecake will end up with 6 cupcakes if you make it luxurious.
Put it on stingy or make it in double the amount.
すくって食べられるほど柔らかく作ったオレオチーズケーキをオレオ風に焼いたオイルカップケーキにのせて食べる、キュートなカップケーキ作りました。
もともと、大好きなオレオとクリチの組み合わせ。ちょっとしたコツで、ゼラチンなし、そして柔らかいチーズケーキが楽しめます。アイス風に仕上げたなんちゃってアイスを楽しんでください。
レシピ
アイスコーンに入れて焼いたオレオ風のオイルカップケーキを作ります
１．卵 1個、砂糖 70g、牛乳 30g、植物油 60gを混ぜ合わせる。
２．薄力粉 60g、アーモンドパウダー 20g、ベーキングパウダー 2g、ココアパウダー 10g、ブラックココアパウダー 10gの粉類をフルイ入れる。
あまり膨らまないようにしたかったので、ベーキングパウダーの量を通常の半量にしています。
３．アイスコーン 12個に入れる。
４．180℃に予熱したオーブンで16分焼く。
柔らかいオレオチーズケーキ アイス風を作ります
５．パンに塗る用などのソフトクリームチーズ 200gをなめらかにする。
ソフトクリームチーズを使うことで仕上がりを柔らかくすることができます。
６．生クリーム（45%をオススメします）200mlに砂糖 50gを入れ、泡立てる。
７．レモン汁 8〜9gを入れ混ぜる。
８．（5）に（7）を少し入れ混ぜる。
９．（8）を（7）に入れ混ぜる。
１０．オレオ 5枚を砕いて入れ混ぜる。
１１．容器に入れ、上からオレオ 4枚を砕いてのせ、冷蔵庫で冷やす。
１２．（4）に（11）をのせる。
１３．でけた。
オレオチーズケーキは贅沢盛りにするとカップケーキ6個分で終わってしまいます。
ケチってのせるか、倍量で作ってみてください。
