Hello Navneet Sir, I applied for Passport on 27th december 2019 by visiting at PSK. After 3 weeks, I got a call from Police Station and the officer asked me to report at police station with my all documents. I visited on 17th of Jan2020. On 22th I got a message on my phone that " Your IPP file has been dispatched". I could not understand the message. But since then the status of passport in the website is same which is "Physical verification is pending at Police station under additional SP office". I talked to the police officer, he told me that he sent my documents on 18th Jan2019 without any dispute. But the status is not changing on the website. Please tell me what to do next ?
