It was a substitute for what Africans call fufu(generalizing) I grew up eating grits for breakfast, lunch ad dinner with meat, fish, and we use something called red eye gravy sometimes. It was made many different ways.

The one thing that I like about trick is when he’s cooking or as he’s cooking he’s cleaning at the same time .
