Hi Bill.....I had a traffic citation I went to court for...(because I am 67 and retired and have nothing better to do) My christian name is Lary Dean ....of the Mayotte. Fountain clan.....the tickets were for no driver's license / registration. ..... when my CORPORATION NAME was called I waited until the second calling of the name before I stood up and said your honor I am the BENEFICIARY of that CORPORATION... and would like to ask the prosecutor why ..being as he represents the trust to that CORPORATION... HE didn't stand up for his TRUST?...... I then sat down (in the audience and waited. ..... after a second the prosecutor jumped up and objected! ... the judge then asked me if I was Mr. Mayotte?.... I said I just told you who I was I'm the Beneficiary of that corporation. .... so he asked why I called his prosecutor the TRUSTEE? ...... I stood up again and said "because the government created the trust for the corporation "LAWRENCE DEAN MAYOTTE" and was the prosecutor not the agent for the government? ...... he then smiled and asked the prosecutor the same things I had brought up! ...... I sat down again with a smile on my face now...... and watched as the prosecutor went up to the bench and the two of them had an agitated (by the hand movements of the prosecutor anyway) discussion.... when they were finished the prosecutor! resumed his place and petitioned the court to dismiss the charges!.....the judge did so,,, and I then stood up again... and when the judge looked at me I asked if he had any further use of me being there?.... he said no you are free to go no charges.

I now find that placing a SIGN where the tag goes saying "NOT FOR HIRE" keeps the cops from stopping me as often. (only stopped once) and when the cop pulled up along side at a red light and asked about it I said it is self explanatory I don't DRIVE because DRIVING IS A PROFESSION.... and I'm NOT FOR HIRE.

I seems to me, and I address this comment to those whom are petitioning the video author for help, that in seeking to have the next step laid out for the help seeker that the help seeker demonstrates that they are not ready to be upstanding. It strikes me that a considerable knowledge, hard won, is required to conducted oneself as a private person. What we are faced with is an intelligence test. Narrow is the path and what nought.

Today I put this in to practice. I rang to find out the physical office address of the federal attorney Generals office. The reception transferred my call back reception and back to the office twice. Then they said I should try the ombudsman, the palm me off by saying they could not help, then they said that the attorney General does not accept mail, then security doesn't accept mail, then the attorney General only accepts direct service of mail. When I explained that even war doesn't affect the mail service, the person I was speaking to threatened to end the call if I persisted in asking the question again. In the end, she gave me the details I wanted.

This is what I've done. Signed in red-ink all three notices, 1st notice given 15days, 2nd notice gives 7days, and last notice a certified copy gives 3days. Until then you register your claim/judgement against them. Must use registered post for each notices directly to a same person NAME and STREET. Otherwise, PO Box address will be ignored........thank you bill

Steve Bronson all credit is created via your credit points, same as loans. Haven’t you ever noticed your points decrease after taking out a loan? They charged you points, when you pay it back you get your points back.

I use 2pence stamp from post office here in UK, then you can add to your collection for more important documents, hope this helps

But the real question is it true about the birth certificate and then why did they do that. If no money is changing hands here, how is benefit gained by Bill? why would he go through months of research and then just give it away??

Ask for the rule, regulation or legislation that denies you the right to present the ticket to him in private, and when you are in court ask who is there to represent the crown, if someone answers give them the ticket, as the crown is responsible for its citizens, see if your government has had a case in arbitration court?

Also Any thing involving a court summons, dont open the letter and write [Return To Sender - Unknown Addressee] and they will not issue you another one because they need proof that you still live there to issue another one

Did you even listen to why most mail will be ignored? Directly to an address or to a box they will ignore it because if they answer you then thet agree to the fraud most of the time.
