In point 2, how come + charge on Chlorine still remains after it completed it's octate in (2) structure? What's the meaning of + charge there if it's not written as a covalent bond from Cl -> C.

In Last question the third option is also aromatic more over the negative charge in oxygen so I think that it should be the answer also you told that more Pi bonds more the stable resonating structures and according to it in question number 3 the fourth option has maximum Pi bonds

Sir in resonance stability conditions, point 2 and 3. If we take the example of point 2 in describing point 3 , + charge is on (II) structure's -Cl which is more electronegative than carbon. So would not that be unstable? + charge on Carbon would have to be stable then resulting in 1 st structure to be more stable. Or point 2 is more dominant over point 3. Please help :'(
