I've experienced these type of crashes too every now and then and it's most likely because of one of two reasons, 1. One of the survivors were soo salty that they decided to lagspike the server which would hsve cause your game to crash making it look you disconnected or 2. Dbds netcode is just so bad that game crashes are a regular occurrence. It could also be a bit of both but I'm always suspicious when it happens just as I'm about to win the game especially if the survivors gameplay seemed a bit shady during the game.

The way I do it is by tilting left and right slightly depending on which hand is throwing, helps a bit with aiming and accuracy surprisingly
