I wish I could get one, but if I would have to guess.. they have the same problem. I have repaired clocks from many models (Pathfinder, Camry, Corolla, Matrix..) it's all the same.

Omg, I didn't know anyone else attempted to fix a Tercel Clock in 2021! I bought a Tercel without any clock this year, and I went through all the srap yards to salvage one from an old car. (A clock in a Tercel was a luxury option at the time) When I plugged the clock into my Tercel, it worked a few days, but then only sporadically. Turning off and on again, but never loosing the time. Now it won't light up anymore, and I am wondering if your solution will fix my problem. Could the wires in the dash board also be an issue? It is after all a 23 yo car. Thanks if you can help!

Believe me, I fixed many many Tercel, Corolla, 4runner, Matrix from scrap yards and 99.99% of the time they all have the same bad soldering problem easy fixable. Here where I live there are not many Tercels left due to the salt they use on the roads during winter but in southern states and especially Puerto Rico.. there are still many

@@TricksTipsFix It worked! Just like you said it would! You know, there are so little ways to upgrade a Tercel, the newly fixed clock feels like I’m driving a Tesla with a bigass infotainment unit.

ahahah good one ;) Whats funny is that Toyota used the same exact clock (with a different bezel around it obviously) till 2013. I had the same one in my Matrix.
