Landed this against someone way better than me in sparring tonight, got him real used to me moving outside his foot, shifted quick and nailed him. Thanks boys

I want to see more southpaw stuff. Lots more. I find these videos to be very helpful. Your teaching style really gets through to me and I like your fighting style too. I have been listening. I have been doing it when I train. I get my ass whipped less now. Thanks for that.

Lenny he’s a legend very technical southpaw with a legit record love how he parrys the lead hand to get to the outside with his right foot and land power knee or kicks or the left hand im southpaw and mimic a lot of his movements

Me personally as a southpaw have power leg forward so circle that way can hit them fast lead leg kicks,but think great one works with hands throw looping right hook so they see it coming block it take eyes off big left cross real punch,good video though like dj

Question at 1:45. Why did the green shirt guy stop side-stepping to his left? Why did you jump left to his right side when he is continuously side-stepping to his left?
