Actually this statement is flawed since miracle is by definition something that can’t be explicated by scientific law, effectively making any new effect that hasn’t been addressed by science a miracle. Therefore calling a miracle an illusion is incorrect, the more correct way to address the same thought would be “Miracle is an event that was not sufficiently observed or understood”. Though the “illusion” part may address the fact that miracles more often than not are used as of something of gods doing, therefore suiting the theme of the show.

@@Shonicheck Great point actually. That quote is kind of like saying that UFO's don't exist, they're just illusions caused by a lack of understanding regarding flying objects. You're right that a Miracle by definition doesn't specify that a divine being is involved, but I believe that the definition of the word has been altered by societal normality to describe a positive event that occurred specifically because of divine intervention. Either way it's a great quote that does fit the theme of the show and I like it.
