tricot have really improved themselves even with their music style often changes. With Yoshida joining them as a permanent drummer after 3 years as a trio and Kida "Motifour" getting recognition from Tone Deaf as one of the "8 modern guitar heroes pushing the boundaries of the instrument", they've come a long way since they started.

afaik the people were asked to record this song for the music video. I also think it is forbidden in Japan to record concerts with your phone.

Srohalm4Me Typically, yes. The main assumption due to legal/copyright reasons and social predilections of common courtesy to the intellectual property of the artist and respect of privacy for both band members and concert visitors is that you are not allowed to take flash photography and/or recording. However, it is also completely up to the choice of the band as well. I've been to numerous concerts in Shibuya's WWW/ WWW X and some artists explicitly asked or gave the okay to record. So sometimes yes, sometimes no. When in doubt, assume no though out of respect.

What really sets you guys apart is your songwriting. Really clever AND catchy stuff. I want to leave a concert singing the music for the next couple of days and your music does that for me. Also for the first time in my life, I wish that I knew how to speak Japanese so that I could understand your lyrics.
