Glad to see that the Portal Gauntlet got you your new favorite Swing! I really like it as well, it’s definitely one of the better unlockable icons through the Gauntlets in my opinion. Anyway, as for WhyMe and the hate it got, it honestly sucks, considering how big of a message it carries. Most of the hate, however, came because of its gameplay, especially towards the end of the level, which is around 4 minutes long. When the Portal Gauntlet was first released, the last section of the level (after the Going Insane text) was harder than it is now, and so many people (including me) had issues with the red orb at 93%, where people found it to be super buggy (I eventually found out how to do it consistently, but it took a while and I spent around an hour on the level at that point). TMN has since updated the level and fixed those issues and I think the level’s a lot better to play now. People may still find the level boring to play because of its length, but it shouldn’t feel as insufferable as it did before. I really like the level, despite my struggles when trying to beat it, and while I can see why people wouldn’t like it, I think the hate went way too far. Glad to see that you liked it as well and hopefully you’ll hit 200K soon!

WhyMe is a good level, the only problem I have with it is that I can't stand a good creator getting hated, which is exactly what this level is about. It just makes me sad and it doesn't help that the level is extremely long

whyme is the perfect example of why creators need to care more for their gameplay. of course a nice decoration and/or story behind the level is cool, i like whyme from a viewing standpoint and the story behind it, but the gameplay sadly is awful. parts where you cannot clearly see what to do, parts where you don't recognize where to jump and the red orb bug was still in there when i played and dying to it made me mad because why would you put that at 93% in the level and seemingly not care if it is fixed or not (before the update). levels are not only about the visuals, gameplay is at least as important as deco

for mobile players like me, it's basically impossible to complete the portal gauntlet. at the end of level 4, there is absolutely horrendous lag. I turned on smooth fix, LDM, extra LDM, disable shake, all of those and it didn't fix anything. it's starting to make me think, if robtop is adding these levels to gauntlets, they're forced onto you, you unlock the glados swing copter by completing it, adding all of these levels without any fixes for mobile players and it's just unfair. I'm starting to think that robtop no longer cares about mobile players. my game was laggy at literally the end of the level, I'm talking 96% and 97% and it's a major choke point. I hope level 4 is removed from the portal gauntlet.

i think the 2.1 swing feels a lot cooler and faster, especially because the ball like changes direction when you click, but also because it rotates. I just feel like robtop could've added a hole new gamemode instead of adding a kind of community-made one. Like even in 2.2 i use ball swing soometimes
