This is by far the easiest way of getting data from Node Red on pi. Other videos are around dealing direct with Node Red but they are a faff. Can now get data from my Honeywell Evohome, Ginlong Solar System, Smappee Energy monitor and ESP-32 boards into Niagara with ease. Nice one!

I can connect to the AWS broker but can't discover any of the points

When adding the Device, there are no fields for Broker-info. (address, Port, ClientId, etc...) Are there any other settings that needs to be enabled before that?

The MQTT broker could not be connected due to no response from the Broker. I use my broker in Cloud MQTT. I tested in one app and is communicate publish and subscribe fine. I don't know why Niagara can connect.

You can use Node-RED locally on your raspberry pi or you can use test.mosquitto.org for testing. I personally prefer the Node-RED way. There are a lot of good an easy ways to get this up and running. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bGHRg6t4pbZ8idk

Hi Toby, does the broker respond to a ping? Have you ever right-clicked on the broker and chosen connect? A few more details would be helpful.
