Dumbbell Upright Rows are great for shoulder and trap strength. Standing tall, hold the dumbbells in front of you with your arms straight down. Pull your elbows up toward the sky as high as they'll go leaving the dumbbells below chin level. Return to the starting position. Be sure to keep your back straight and your abs engaged throughout the full motion.
