all of that is super hard to pull off even if your very fit. you have to have perfect control over your body and a good muscle to fat ratio and a very flexible body to top it all off. that combination of things most people don't have. very impressive. although it does not necessarily mean you're a good fighter or a good Hunter. fighting takes really good pre-action movement. borderline mind reading your opponent from their body movements witch a lot of people can't do. also same for hunting it requires you to study and know your prey which a lot of people are not that meticulous about.
