Cause he plays at events where it’s timed and prolly wants to replicate those settings as much as possible (especially when playing against other known event participants). Also, just because we have “infinite time” doesn’t mean you should be inconsiderate of your opponent and spend excessive time for no reason. Game gotta be played at a reasonable pace!
