Ingredients for sponge cake:
1. flour - 260 g;
2. vegetable oil - 100 g;
3. milk -200 ml;
4. boiling water - 200 ml;
5. cocoa - 4 tbsp;
6. baking powder - 10 g;
7. vanillin -1 g;
8. sugar - 300 g;
9. eggs - 2 PCs;
10. soda - 1,5 tsp.;
For the cream:
1. cream 33% - 400 ml;
2. condensed milk - 10 tbsp;
3. cottage cheese - 150 g.
For glaze:
1. cream 33% - 200 ml;
2. chocolate - 400 g;
Preparation of sponge cake:
1. Combine eggs, sugar and whisk in a bowl;
2. add milk, vegetable oil and beat again
3. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla and beat again;
4. add boiling water and beat thoroughly;
5. distribute the dough in the form and bake for 15-20 minutes, at 180 degrees.
For the cream:
1. Combine cream, condensed milk and cottage cheese;
2. beat until thick.
For glaze:
Heat the cream and add the chocolate!
Let the sponge cake cool and grind it into crumbs!
Collect the trifle!
You can use any berries, nuts !
