It's best to roll up the carpet when mopping the floor. It cannot recognize if it's on a rug or floor while mopping.

Both are quite good, the 360 S7 has a smaller tank, but i found it's good for one round in a 1000 sqft home, anything bigger you will need to refill it. The LIDAR makes the navigation so much easier, we can set areas for the vacuum to clean and it will do it automatically. I found the Trifo able to do it's job, but navigation could improve.

How is the mopping performance of these robot vacuum cleaners. I'm looking to get the Mi one.

Its fine, not with the same finesse a human would clean. But it's fine, add some disinfectant and you have the entire floor automatically sanitized which is a plus. The Mi vacuum has LIDAR navigation, which is quite good.

The mi vacuum has LIDAR based navigation which is better than the trifo's camera based navigation. The mi vacuum is also almost 7k cheaper. The trifo works fine but the mi will have more features at that price point.

I have the trifo ironpie vac. Only used it 15 times. It goes for 5 min then completely stops as if the battery is dead. It doesn't go to be recharged. I have to put it ob the base. Anyone know what the problem might be?? Thanks

Battery is inbuilt and rechargeable, no external battery required.

They both look quite similar ,but the trifo has the camera which helps with additional mapping data.

Mine is used it’s the h6 is there a way to factory reset without using the app? If not mine is typically showing that it’s offline for some reason and when it is online the camera doesn’t work and nothing else works either. I only got it to clean from the app once. Can someone please help?

Not sure if it's the same on all, but the ones I've used hold down the power and home buttons together for a few seconds and it should reset wifi at least to pair the device again.

The ironpie has a better mopping attachment , I don't like the one in the max. The max has more suction power. Both use camera based navigation , which I hate, it's never as good as lidar. I would suggest to look for lidar based navigation such as the 360 s7 or the Viomi V3 then the trifo.

Just tap to return to the dock, but if you're setting it up hold both recharge and power buttons together for a few seconds to initiate pairing mode.

Is the no.of side brushes decides the cleaning performance or the suction capacity ?

Too many brushes can also hamper cleaning as it would keep pushing the dirt away from the vacuum section. Suction power is also important to get dust off carpets , hard floors it should be able to clean even at lower power

I liked the 360 s7 as it uses lidar to navigate and maps the area quite fast as compared to the trifo which uses a camera .

Turn off mobile data before pairing the vacuum with your WiFi, that should help.

It doesn't say going to charge? It should if you tap the home button. Did you try via the app?, if it is working on the app there could be a problem with the button.

If it cleans the entire floor in one go it remembers the map. Also the resume cleaning option should be active in the settings.

What is the height of trifo? Does it go under the sofa and beds ?

It's around 3 inches, so if you have a sofa with 3.5 inch clearance , it would be able to clean underneath with no problems.

Yes, it has the capability of storing multiple maps. So when you take it another floor, just save a new map once the cleaning is done. So in future while switch floors just switch maps in the app.

Did you wash the microfiber cloth, it does get blocked due to it having too much dust and the water not able to seep through.

You can wash the microfiber cloth, as for the tank did you rinse the tank with normal water after using a sanitizer in it? I generally clean and place in the sun to dry once mopping is complete.

It should not have much problem, but make sure to empty the water after a mopping. Sometimes the water can have particles when not filtered which can clog the attachment.

No it cannot , we need to replace the dust bin with the water tank which will not allow sweeping at the same time.

No, I've only seen no go zones on LIDAR models. The 360 s7 which has lidar has no go zones.

No the trifo doesn't allow sweeping and mopping at the same time as the dustbin is replaced with the watertank. The 360 s7 allows for both sweeping and mopping.

Hit the button that is present above the fan button on screen, arrows pointing in all four directions. This will open up manual control. Use the control on screen, present in the extreme left. Move the circle up, down left right and also diagonally to control the vacuum like a remote control car. 06:27
