I always use medium weight chipboard by Grafix. I use different kraft card stock. In this particular video I used kraft card stock from Hobby Lobby, however I now use “fossil” from thepapercut.com

Do you happen to have a tutorial on installing magnets into mini albums? I am wondering about strength of magnets, size/s, type/s, if you can use a magnet on one side of a flap and a washer on the other to make your supplies go farther. How do you install the magnets? Both in the cover and in the smaller booklets (not sure if that is the correct term) or on interior flaps in the album. Is there a way to minimize any bulk the magnet may create? Thanks for any information you may have. :)

Totally adorable and lots of room for pics. I love it. Thank you for sharing this project! Please, please, please, tell me where you bought the metal finding that holds the elastic band in place. I've projects of my own to use that on and can't find them for a reasonable price. It's really nice not to have a big ugly knot holding the elastic band on the inside of an album.

Milagros Arango I get them at a couple of places. JoAnn.com or Countrycraftcreations.com or Amazon.com. I buy the Basic Grey small magnets or sometimes the large ones.
