An even more precise way to add the dividing lines for this tri-fold design is to go to file > settings > add guides > custom, and then put 3 for columns and 0 for gaps and 0 for margins and then select "add guides." I found this completely by accident while following your tutorial because my ruler wasn't showing properly for some reason and I just started clicking ish, lol.
