There’s not an allusion fan, my friend at all. Magicians don’t use commonly stuff like that they create their own type of illusions. They don’t use stuff that most people know what they are because then people can figure it out. It’s not nothing like that.

That is 100% a 3D holographic fan. When they're spinning fast enough you can see right through it, which gives it the see-through hologram effect, but what gives it away is the overly bright washed out image and low pixel count. You can also see the image tearing, particularly at 2:48 with the orange juice carton, because the fan refreshes the image in a circular pattern. If the animation is playing too quickly, the camera picks up half of one frame and half of another, which "tears" the image. You can even see a black line move inwards across the juice carton, which is another artifact that shows up on camera when recording holographic fans.
