Thank you very much for this video! I cried with you, when you got emotional, as I could see, that you have experienced so much struggles and difficulties which go through my my mind as well. I wanted to let you know, that I understand what you feel ❤🫂 2 years ago I was diagnosed with provoked Vestibullodynia after 8 months of continuous painful sex, and painful urological and defacation issues. I am obviously less experienced than you in the subject and I really appreciate you made this video, as I am considering going from botox injection surgery to calm my trigger point in the vestibule (I only have one, but the spot is pretty crucial). I do not have problems with pelvic muscles tractions, as I do a lot of stretching exercises and my vestibule is never shut, but I hope that the botox surgery will help in calming the pudendal nerve of mine 🙏 If you read this message, let me know how do you feel after botox injection after four years from the surgery!

@@JJ-hu4cm hello!!! Some places do pt you under so you're not awake when the injections are administered. In my case my doctor didn't do that, honestly I didn't know that was an option lol. My recommendation is to discuss your options with your doctor. Are you seeing a specialist?

Hello! I tried Botox post surgery. I still had some residual tension, even after returning to physical therapy. I'd say this was maybe 3-6 months after (I can't quite remember). I only did one round since it wasn't covered by insurance. If it wasn't so expensive I would've liked to done another. Let me know if you have more questions. 🙂

Hi, i have my trigger point injection under sedation on 10/12. i'm excited and nervous and emotional too.. i'm getting it done for dyspareunia.thank you for your tips . i am concerned as these are most probably not the botox.. so how long lasting would its effect be ?
