@@holisticfitnessofficial It has helped immensely!! My trigger thumb is gone completely, without medication! When I use my hands for something strenuous (like cutting wood or shoveling dirt) my hands feel sore afterwards, but this passes after a while. Thank you SO MUCH for your guidance!!
