This is beyond confusing. I saw two onlookers, filming on their phone instead of trying to help(they should be prosecuted). I saw one officer, CALMLY, walk around. He is obviously ignorant as AF. And a man, trying to help but literally fanning the flames. I don’t know the details of how the POS started the fire, if he used some form of accelerant & it may be all around the bus but I do not understand any human that can watch this & do nothing. This is beyond cruel and I can't imagine what this poor woman went through before she died. Better get the death penalty or life without parole. He deserves to never walk the earth again for this. RIP.

The lady needed coats coming off and wrapped. No oxygen no fire, Sadly ever been blasted with fire exstingusher? Takes oygen out to quash fires, also will make humans unable to breathe. No oxygen and the effects last minutes. Sad.

She may well have been under the influence of a substance that desensitized her to pain. She was reported as having "dozed off" on the train, so it highly possible. Normally a person would not react in such a calm manner.
