I thought of a new word to describe how the audio component of your ASMR is to me - liminal. Not in a weird way like backrooms stuff...but somewhere on the transition to sleeeeeep, just on the edge of audibility depending on how/where I watch, it's like it teeters my brain right into that relaxy zone, ready to fall off the edge (in a really good way haha).
