This is where being a teacher and a trauma survivor is helpful - many of us are highly tuned/educated about signs of trauma in others, simply by working through and healing from our own trauma and can recognise 'hypervigilance' or reactions from PTSD or just lower lever trauma.

I am at moment being offered a role at special needs college from early years up to 16 years for after holiday i would love to do something with children with special needs

Understanding Triggers is all about awareness. It's important you speak to the staff in the school and ask a lot of questions.
