why in every 30 degrees its pi over 6?

+Michael Seals We define a full rotation to be 360 degrees or, equivalently, 2*pi radians. We could have made many other choices, but that is what we ended up with! If we ask: what is 1/12 of the total angle, we get 360/12 = 30 degrees and 2*pi/12 = pi/6 radians.
