Of course not. Mining is not necessary what you think it is. You watch too much TV. What was the purpose of the video? Basically, to show the capabilities and durabilty of the quad and since it's 4 wheel drive, it can go over more difficult terrain because of the extra traction. In the making of the video, how do you know exactly what was done, what was left out? Do you know the whole area and what was there on the landscape? You just don't like it, whatever that is. The quad, the video, the inventor, whatever.

We are almost there: An affordable high performance truly all-terrain electric conveyance suitable for the disabled nad heavier adults. The technology over the years has been moving ever so slowly in the right direction, but is far missing the mark in price. Kudos to developers, but they do not seem to understand very well their market. If you cater to the wealthy, it limits your sakes considerably. Sooner or later somebody will arrive at the right formula: Quality, performance, and value. Maybe it will be Toyota.

He says it is designed for off road, that's why it's a little slower (gears). In the beginning, you get to see the battery for the 500w belt driven Mid-Drive Motor. It powers the front wheels for better traction and to help when going uphill or difficult territory. The pedals power the rears and the motor for the front, normally two wheel drive (rears) and you can switch to four wheel drive. The designer likes 4x4 trucks and wanted to do that with this quad. There is a better video where he rides it over rocky water areas near a mountain. You get a better idea of what it can do. It does look pretty cool and fun.
