Great info! Another site also added things that we might not think of, like, prep with alcohol wipes for the top of the vial and injection site, wash your hands prior, be sitting down or slightly reclined and let the alcohol wiped areas air dry on their own. I think that's it!

Also, every other doctor says do not re-inject the same day, in fact they say 48 hours. "I wouldn't. . ." isn't exactly clear medical advice. But yeah, the lack of information in this video is borderline dangerous.
