You don't need to copy all the files. Extract, then folder: Emus/NDS copy these files.

Have you done this on a TSP with stock firmware 1.0.4 (I have this, I didn't install crossmix, tomato etc)? And how did you do that? You copied and substituted the folder with the same name, or what?

I add some NDS games into my trimui but the game orientation is become portrait. meaning I have to play my trimui vertically to be able to comfortably read all the text. how do change the orientation becomes landscape?

You can change orientation with assigned hotkeys. Check it in the Drastic settings

It's highly recommended to get brand new high quality memory card, format it to fat32 and copy CrossMix-OS files on to it, to use all nds drastic features. It's really easy procedure to do:) github.com/cizia64/CrossMix-OS?tab=readme-ov-file

I've been thinking of getting one, how is the performance compared to the 35xx h? I've checked the specs and they should be the same, or the smart pro been slightly better. But from the KZbin videos I've seen the 35xx h seems faster in heavier games. What's your opinion on the smart pro for psp and Dreamcast compared to the 35xx?

Please notice, it's not only about performance, but tsp is more comfortable in hands, have great wide screen, led thumsticks and only this console supports vulkan gpu emulation, that really boosts ppsspp!

35XX H also has thumbsticks that are limited to the 8 cardinal points, which suck for some games. So far this problem is unfixable by hardware or custom firmwares, because it's a problem in the official kernel drivers, which all CFW use. TSP also has a working sleep mode, and some emulators with options to run 4:3 games with 16:9 (I know it doesn't look great in all games, but it's better than having those black borders). The push for Vulkan emulation from the main devs also gives me great hope for the future of the device. I bought the R36S, RG35XX H and the TSP and was going to sell the ones I liked the least. Now I'm sure the TSP is the best option.

Can I overwrite these SD packages on top of the stock OS with trimui Ex without any problems?

It's highly recommended to apply it on new memory card with fresh 1.0.4, or if you don't have second card, making backup is necessary to do, to avoid any issues, just in case.
