I know plenty of female organist that play in high heel shoes and use both feet. Organist that play gospel music primarily only use the left foot. The woman that I grew up watching play, played in high heel shoes used both feet. And she played with heel and toe! She just had control. And she walked the bass pedals.

I play the organ at my church in high heels. That is not showing off. When you're used to it and know what you're doing, you can master a skill regardless. Just like I know some women who play drums in short heels and grew up doing it. To each its own!
