Most educated bengali Muslims are like that, I can tell as my girlfriend is from Muslim family. Her father used to take her to all religious festivals, she used to do arti, from childhood, he used to say all religions exist in India are our religion and we celebrate all. She didn't even know until much later that durga puja is not their festival. Her family has no problem if she marries me they only care if I am a good human being. But unfortunately I am coming from a bramhin family, facing issues for the marriage. My relatives and my mother are against it ... They say that no relatives will keep any relationship with us!
