Trini Smoked Herring Sauted

Ingredients:
3 -smoked herring
5 -tomatoes
2- onions chop
4- shadow benny chop
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of chil flakes
Boil your smoked herrings for at least 20 minutes or until very tender then discard the water.

My mom use to roast the smoke herring first when we bought the ones that were not cleaned. It was a messy method though. Just the other i made some smoke herring buljol. I wish i could get an big bunch of shado beni like we do in the Trinidad farmers market
