Umm, if I wanted to make egg fried rice .. when do I put in the egg? Along with the vegetables?
@TasteofTrini6 жыл бұрын
Simply Shernade Hey! Good question. I fry the egg in the hot wok first, set it aside and then add it back when the rice is added. Hope this helps.

I know that sesame oil flavours food, but please tell your guests which dish you have cooked that has sesame products in it. Some people are allergic to sesame, tahini sauce, hummus, etc. It is obvious to see the seeds You might be saving someone's life. For some reason people are using the oil a lot.

I love Trini Fried Rice, but in Trini, everything is cooked With Mono Sodium Glumate (MSG) so I dont eat anything in Trini.
@adrianphilip40635 жыл бұрын
Hazel Burgan mostly Chinese does that in their resturants over here. 🇹🇹
@tookiebirdpepper4 жыл бұрын
The average Trini does not add MSG in homecooking. Restaurants and caterers tend to do that.

Even the macaroni pie in the malls has MSG ( this chemical ) is not good for your body. So I have to stay away from food in Trini, I think what amazes me is that my parents and grandparents don't cook with this chemical, and the food taste really great, so I guess people in Trini cannot cook anymore without this chemical to make their food taste good, so they have to enhance their food with this chemical. Its called Vetsin in Trinidad.
