Trinidad Coconut Bake Recipe

Today I am sharing my uncles coconut bake recipe.I have memories of growing up in Trinidad, my Uncle made the most delicious Coconut bake sometimes he made it on a wood fire which is wayyyy better than the oven.This bake is sweet with a nice taste of coconut and spices.I hope you try this great recipe.

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup butter
